I followed the instructions for poly afax and get the following:

I look for the send.dat file and cannot find it, what am I doing wrong???

Sorry for taking so long to respond.  The SEND.DAT is a file created by
BGFAX during /SEND mode that lets an external program (POLYFAX, in your
case) know the details about the fax tranmission (i.e., how many pages got 
through before an error, etc.)  The SEND.DAT is created by BGFAX, and not
by the user, so this message means that POLYFAX was unable to detect the
SEND.DAT that should have been created by BGFAX.
 
I notice that it apperas you are passing a time? the "19:22:39" should not 
be on the command line, so you might want to try to isolate where that
time is coming from and remove it.  That is probably what is causing BGFAX 
to fail with an errorlevel 0 (invalid commands line params or other fatal
error).
