If you can replicate this error repeatedly, then post a BGFAX log clip and the make/model of fax machine and modem on the bgfax end for BJ. This reminds me of some DOS apps informing that C:\ is out of paper... Well... You probably are not initializing your modem correctly. Make sure you have the AT+FCR=1 command somewhere in your init string. +FCR=1 tells the fax modem that "Fax Capability to Receive=YES". If you do not set this value, the default is +FCR=0, which remote fax machines will interpret as "out of paper" in some cases. Regards, bgfax author
