To make VIEW run at its fullest, it must be done from a full screen.
 
However, you can start it with a "VIEW /CGA", and that will let VIEW
display the fax in a window, but only at CGA resolution, so it's not
exactly a large piece of the fax.
 
You also could try converting the fax to PCX or DCX and using various
image editing programs.
