Hi!

has anyone got this combination running??

the modemline is dropped before bgfax is up and running
and all i see is a life-abort error in the bgfax logfile

I'll need to see a clip from the BGFAX.LOG for this failure.  Most likely, 
you'll need to adjust the /FCO:nn timing parameter.  Trial and error
around with /FCO:4, /FCO:8, /FCO:0, /FCO:2, or /FCO:6
