So ? what do you want the author to do ? beg your forgiveness ? how about
being polite and telling him more about the problem, if any you are having, so

This was a rather rude reply.

That is the whole thing, there is nothing more to tell.  There has been no
problem running under TaskMgr so far, but I though BJG might want to have it
detect it like it does other multitaskers so it may utilize it's full
potential.  If not, it still runs, and is still okay with me.

I have spoken with Mr. Guillot many times on many subjects for many years and
we are on good terms (if he remembers me at all, from writing to so many
people). :)

Do you have any detection information specifications?  Also, what does
OpenDOS use for timer tick release?  Int $28, or something else?
 
What does BGFAX report as the OS and version detected in the BGFAX.LOG
file?  (Should be on the first or second line.)

OpenDOS is an unsupported product, so I couldn't ask, but I do have the source
code, documentations, and installation, I could put on hold for you to pick up,
or POSSIBLY email to you.

Don't really know, and I don't currently have a programme installed that would
tell me.  Know of such a shareware or freeware programme?
